Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and RepU (created and owned by Parker George White). By making an account or using RepU you agree to them.
1. Who can use RepU
You must be a college student, at least 18 years old, with a school email address you control. One account per person. Keep your password private; you’re responsible for what happens on your account.
2. Play fair
- Only report games that really happened, with the real score.
- Don’t create extra accounts, trade wins, or farm ratings against the same people.
- Don’t dispute a result you know is right.
We can reverse results, reset ratings, or remove accounts that break these rules.
3. Be decent
No harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, spam, or sharing other people’s private information in chat, messages, handles, mottos or photos. Report and block anyone who does. We can remove content and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.
4. No alcohol
RepU does not promote, encourage or condone drinking of any kind. Every game in RepU is played without alcohol. Don’t post content that suggests otherwise. Follow your school’s rules and the law.
5. Play safe
Lawn, court and table games are physical. You play at your own risk and are responsible for your own safety and for following the rules of wherever you play. RepU only keeps score; it doesn’t organize, supervise or host games.
6. Your content
You own what you post (photos, messages, mottos, game ideas). You give RepU permission to store and show it inside the app and on our pages so the app can work, for as long as it’s on your account. Delete it, or your account, and that permission ends. If you submit a house rules game and it’s approved, you allow RepU to include it in the app for everyone.
7. Who owns RepU
The RepU name and logo, the app’s design, source code, artwork, game rules text, ranking system and all other content we create are owned by Parker George White and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may use the app for your own personal use. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or reproduce any part of RepU, or use it to build a competing product, without written permission.
8. Ending your account
You can delete your account any time in the app (Me → Account). We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.
9. No guarantees
RepU is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it running and accurate, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, RepU and its creator aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the app.
10. Not affiliated
RepU is independent and isn’t affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any college, university, athletic conference or the NCAA. School names and colors identify where players study.
11. Changes and law
If we change these terms we’ll update the date and tell you in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, USA.
